Remove potions of self_knowledge, closing #845. The self_knowledge function is still called from the knowledge menu, from wizard mode and by potions of *Enlightenment*. The SELF_KNOW effect is left unused, as it takes up a very few lines and may come in handy in future pending further changes to ID. A fuller implementation of this fix would remove the knowledge menu item, the wizard command, the SELF_KNOW effect, the call from ENLIGHTENMENT2 and the entire self_knowledge function.
