Milestone 3.1.1 beta

This is the next release line. The primary goals for this release, apart from fixing bugs in 3.1 beta, are:

• Extended colour support (#23)
• New savefile format (#30)
• Import revised randart code (#48)
• Fix Vista problems once and for all (#232)
• A rework of pseudo-ID and ID (#752)

Other things that would be nice to have:

• Linearise the stat system internally (#599)
• Import portions of Eddie's patch
• Fix probing (#352)
• Release with a DS port
• Switching at least in part to a flag-based terrain system (#581)
