[dc32de6] (SVN r1050): Fix long-standing bug where darkness can un-light sunlight floors in the town

The code has been changed to this (spells1.c, case GF_DARK):
if (p_ptr->depth != 0 && !is_daytime())

This should be:

if (p_ptr->depth != 0
!is_daytime())

Oops sorry for the formatting:

code is:

if (p_ptr->depth != 0 && !is_daytime())

and it should be:

if (p_ptr->depth != 0 || !is_daytime())
