Store knowledge of what in-LOS monsters have picked up or stolen

Since monsters are now generated carrying their drops, the ability to see what a monster is carrying has been removed from the 'l'ook command (except in wizard mode). This could give rise to note-taking when a monster picks something up off the floor or steals from @. To prevent this, it would be helpful if the game remembered this while the monster remains in LOS. (Once out of LOS, every novice rogue looks sufficiently similar to every other that @ should not know which one has the loot.)
This *could* be done by setting a stolen or picked-up item to ORIGIN_STOLEN, and then setting it to something else when the monster leaves LOS. The 'l'ook code could then just show items with that origin.
