Too many actions are possible while confused

Run, open/unlock/unjam/close/jam/bash doors, tunnel, and disarm traps are all permitted while confused if player_confuse_dir() does not alter the direction of action. As d_m put it in IRC, all targetted actions other than move/attack should fail while confused. Input to the contrary requested.
