Too many actions are possible while confused

Description

Run, open/unlock/unjam/close/jam/bash doors, tunnel, and disarm traps are all permitted while confused if player_confuse_dir() does not alter the direction of action. As d_m put it in IRC, all targetted actions other than move/attack should fail while confused. Input to the contrary requested.

I actually think that this should vary with level of confusion - if heavily confused, sure, but if only mildly I don't see why opening a door would be a big deal. I think this is a gameplay change and not a bug.
