Spacing problems (spaces should be defined after the "D:" declarations, and two of them should appear if the previous line ends with a period sign):

Erinyes/Vrock/Hezrou/Glabrezu/Marilith/Barbazu/Horned? Reaper

Don't make uniques with escorts leave their pack behind (add some value for awareness):

Vecna, the Emperor Lich
Gothmog, the High Captain of Balrogs

Add missing SMART flag on wyrms (every other ancient dragon/wyrm has the flag):

Great Wyrm of Thunder

Add (probably) missing DROP_GOOD flag to uniques:

Another inconsistency concerning Mature dragons: white/MHD have OPEN_DOOR, all others don't.
