Mimics reveal themselves when running

First problem: when you see a pile of copper coins and you run towards it, you will stop next to it if it's a real pile of cash. If it's a mimic, you will stop 2 squares away from it.

Fix: in pathfind.c, method run_test(), unaware mimics should not abort running when checking soon to be newly adjacent squares.

Second problem: when mimics appear/disappear from view and either disturb_move or disturb_near is on, the player gets disturbed, revealing that the object in view is a mimic.

Fix: in mon-util.c, method update_mon(), unaware mimics should not disturb on appearance/disappearance.
