Tweaking ego items applies random stat bonuses

When using the "play with item" command (control-'a' 'o') on an ego-item and typing 't' to tweak its stats, user is prompted for 3 pvals, an armour rating, +to-hit and +to-dam, which can be set to any value. The user is then prompted for an ego id.

Accepting the suggested ego id (which corresponds to the current ego) causes random numbers to be added to the item's stats according to the ego's stat bonuses. For instance, after setting the pval of a pair of boots of speed to 7, the ego generation would then add another 7 on to make boots of speed +14.

Choosing 0 at the ego-id selection does as expected; it removes the ego.

This is bad because the primary use of the tweak command is to precisely set the values of an item's bonuses. This prevents that.

Fixed in commit 17ea4dd. I moved ego and artifact index selection ahead of pval tweaking.
