Smaller pseudo-ID changes

  • Items pseudo-ID'd as {average} should act as ID'd items (e.g. stack properly, perhaps even have bonuses displayed).
  • Make pseudo-ID scale with player level/perception -- get quicker and/or more detailed: so that you can e.g. recognise an average weapon almost immediately
  • Worn items should become ID'd after some time (linked to perception)
  • Pseudo-id is disabled during resting, but make it quicker generally
