Monster recall should make better use of colour

Color should have some meaning like warning lights. Green for something safe, yellow for warning, red for danger and blue or white for just general information.

For example AMHD with list of spells it can do and you don't have poison resist but you do have basic4 breathe poison could be in red and rest of them in green. If breath is unresistable it could be yellow.

This is in for melee attacks. The color scheme I used:

  • green for non-special attacks, and special attacks you resist
  • yellow for special attacks that make a monster proportionally more dangerous
  • red for special attacks that you cannot ever ignore

For instance, shoot acid is red if you are wearing corrodable gear, yellow if you do not resist acid, and green otherwise.
