Monster recall needs better vulnerablity display

Vulnerabilities are currently recorded only when you manage to hurt monster, not other way around (like resists).

With the other attacks, if you check your monster memory, you only make a

particular mistake once per savefile. The way vulnerabilities are displayed,

you never know.

This affects rods of light and stone-to-mud. It will affect other monsters if more vulnerabilities are added.
