Items retrieved from home have inscriptions replaced with autoinscriptions

Description

This is unexpected, and messes up careful separation of inscriptions to avoid merging (e.g. of charges). Autoinscriptions should only be applied if the item has no existing inscription (which of course is always the case when bought from a store, but not when retrieved from the home).
