Extra dice should not be displayed from afar

At the moment it's a big giveaway seeing a Longsword (4d5) after detecting objects. As per discussion on Oook, all weapons ought to show their standard dice until you walk over them or pick them up, at which point their real dice are revealed. Or possibly not until they're wielded or IDd. But anyway, the point is to change the way they're displayed before this.

Here's the original thread:

Fixed in [80e0649] (SVN r1824), actual base damage dice are only revealed when combat bonuses are known. This changeset also incorporates the shooting power on launchers into the multiplier, and doesn't display pval on launchers which only modify shooting power.

[4e1493d] (SVN r1844) changes pval display to be consistent: pval is always displayed (even on launchers that only increase shooting power)
