Restructure
- Are the seen and everseen fields intended to be used?
- Generating artifacts as objects one time at the start of the game and writing them to the savefile would allow for:
- some simplification (no more fake artifacts)
- not regenerating randarts every time
- allowing for a mix of randarts and standarts, or infinite randarts (in this last case generating in the fly rather than at the start)
- The main cost would be extra fields in the object struct. Is it worth it?
