Changing squelch options should trigger item drops

From oook, "I'm carrying a squelchable item in my inventory and I drop something else from my inventory, the squelchable item gets squelched. Surely this is a bug."

There are obvious energy issues here, so many dropping should become a 0-energy action on leaving the options screen, or perhaps there should be a prompt to drop squelched items to avoid the above described kind of behaviour.

There is a bug or two involved, but the ticket title is current behavior so that's not it. IMO you shouldn't be carrying the squelched item in the first place. Presumably pickup in the home or a store should unsquelch the item before putting it into the inventory. Except without a buyout button that becomes too painful, when buying squelched items just to toss them to force a restock. So we need a buyout button or store revamp before resolving this.

OTOH 0 energy drop and pickup all the time would be good IMO.

I believe this is mostly addressed by [7187ebf] (SVN r1965) (which forces a notice squelch any time the menu is used) but I'm leaving the ticket open for takkaria to close.

I'm marking this as fixed, since the original bug is no longer present, and there's now quite decent commands for squelch/unsquelch in staging.
