Definite article gives away unIDd artifacts on walkover

We currently reveal artifact status on pickup. This post:

notes that if you walk over an unknown artifact and have no room to pick it up, you don't get its name but you go get the definite article ("you have no room for The longsword").

Should we make artifacts ID on walkover, or change this to "you have no room for a longsword"?

It's also true in targeting mode, so it is definitely a bug.

As part of code cleanup, I guess, the call to make the prefix sends the mode when it should send known status. I'm doing major hacking so I can't be sure, but I think the change is

end = obj_desc_name_prefix(buf, max, end, o_ptr, known,

in object/obj-desc.c
