Monster-specific ESP

Now we have rb_info, it would be much easier to implement Sangband-style race-specific ESP. For info, in Sangband:

holy (priest) skill gives ESP for demons
nature (druid) skill gives ESP for animals
blood (necro) skill gives ESP for undead

... and each of these increases in radius and reliability with skill level (but see #1015 for that).
