[re26b968] temporarily lost some calls to update_smart_learn, for the non-GF flags (DRS_MANA, DRS_FREE, DRS_RES_FEAR etc.). Rather than hack these back in, implement Eddie's idea of allowing each monster to store what it knows of player flags.

I have finished this in a branch, but it creates a consequential requirement before I can merge it: p_ptr->state.flags needs to become a bitflag. Since I should never have created it as an array in the first place, I'm quite happy to do this.
