Poison resistance does not protect against POISON melee attacks.

With this change, we also need to modify master/grand master mystic poison attacks, to prevent nerfing their ability to stun. I plan to change their POISON attacks to PARALYZE.

Hmmm. I'm not 100% sure this wasn't WAD, since poison is a little different from rbase (e.g. there is no immunity flag), and IIUC the balance was preserved by making poison melee attacks lower damage than the other four elements. I also think that changing the MM/GMM melee attack, while solving the immediate problem, highlights a need to separate damage from side effects in melee, as we have done for monster spells.
