Monster list is hallucination-proof

Actually, not sure this is a bug.

The monster list gives completely accurate information on which monsters the player can see, even when hallucinating. [None of the hallucinations register.] I expected this list to go useless, either by

  • showing no monsters whatsoever (easy)
  • giving a complete enumeration of all hallucinated monsters (hard)
