Goals for a redesign:
- get damage/round in there
- clean up the code a bit
- percentage of max carriable weight before slowdown in char screen
- make the flags screen make it clear what are resists and what aren't (to differentiate the two "Fear" lines)

This really separates into two sets of changes: one for the front screen (damage per round, carrying capacity remaining etc.) and one for the flags screen. For the latter I plan to import the Sangband flags screens, which separate the defensive and utility stuff (resists and abilities) from offensive stuff (slays, brands, blows, might, shots etc.). This will need to be done hand-in-hand with #261 and #1163.

On the resists screen, we should show the actual resistance (i.e. "1/3" or "1/9" or whatever), to help new players work out and understand how combining resists works.

This is now being kicked to some possible future - maybe 4.2.x, maybe later, maybe never.
Not a bug or refactor: punting to 4.0
