OoD should not destroy cursed items anymore

It could act as a mass-remove curse, or it could simply not affect items at all. Opinions appreciated.

Orb should make cursed items flare, and mark the appropriate known_flags. In addition, the code should prompt before allowing you to wield a possibly cursed item, and perhaps double prompt for an item known to be cursed or heavily cursed.
