#929 closed bug (fixed (in master))

"I"nspect leaks info the player hasn't learned yet

Reported by: d_m Owned by: magnate
Milestone: 3.1.2 beta Keywords: recall

(from oook, fph's comment:

Another small bug... When you "I"nspect, let's say, a =Strength that you haven't fully identified (i.e., you know that it's a =Strength but you don't know its pval), you are told the pval even if you shouldn't.

Not sure if this is bug or feature, but 'I'nspect also leaks the sustenance values for completely unidentified mushrooms and potions. This is a free identify on some items, specifically the nutritious potions.

IMO this is related to #294, in that it should be solved by separating the description of a known object from that of a generic object type. If you don't know the pval of a ring of strength, then you want the generic description for what the pval would affect. Will see if I can fix.

[b5479ca] (SVN r1694). It's not related to #294 after all, thanks to the handy object_pval_is_visible() function.
